I do hereby apply for Membership in the Moncton Kennel Club Limited and I do hereby agree to the following conditions of said membership:
- To pay the initial membership fees to be remitted with this application and thereafter an annual membership fee as prescribed in the By-laws of the Club.
- That if this application is accepted, my Membership may be terminated as provided in the By-laws of the Club.
- I agree that if my application is approved, I shall be guided by By-Laws Article #24, that any person over the age of 12 years, who is an owner, breeder, or is interested in purebred dogs shall be eligible for membership in the Club. (Any person under suspension by the Canadian Kennel Club Inc. shall not be eligible for membership)
- I agree that the next dog I acquire will be a dog registered by the Canadian Kennel Club or its affiliate, or a dog that is spayed or neutered at an appropriate age and is microchipped.
- I understand and agree that I have voluntarily submitted this application, and that the Club is under no obligation to approve or to make any explanation in the event this application for membership is not approved.
